Account Deletion
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your One Click Online account using any of the methods below.
Method 1: Delete in the App (Fastest)
Open the One Click Online app → Profile → Delete Account. Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.
Method 2: Request Deletion Below
If you no longer have access to the app, fill in the form below and we'll process your request within 30 days.
⚠ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your saved flights, price alerts, wishlist items, search history, and profile data will be permanently removed from our servers.
Request Account Deletion
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, preferences)
- All saved flights
- All price alerts and price history
- Your wishlist
- Search history
- Notification preferences and device tokens
What We May Retain
In certain cases, we may retain limited data as required by law, including transaction records for tax and legal compliance and fraud prevention records. Any retained data will be kept in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
Third-Party Bookings
Deleting your One Click Online account does not affect any bookings you've made directly with third-party providers (airlines, hotels, car hire companies). Those bookings are governed by the provider's own terms and policies.
